Over the last ten years, Will worked with a $100 million carbon reduction fund, helped California get the $1.2 billion ARCHESH2 Hydrogen Hub award, and judged applications for funding for the U.S. Department of Energy and Washington State.

Before this, tech service products in regions Will led sold $200 million USD per year in the USA at peak, and $35 million USD at peak in ten countries in Asia in a NASDAQ listed tech education company.
